Terms of use
The ground rules for using Campfyre and meeting people through the app.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Do not create an account for another person, misstate your age, or use Campfyre where doing so is unlawful.
What Campfyre provides
Campfyre helps people discover, create and coordinate user-organised plans. Hosts and attendees are independent users. Campfyre does not organise, supervise, endorse, background-check or guarantee a host, attendee, venue, route, activity or outcome unless a specific screen expressly says otherwise.
Your account
Keep your login secure, provide accurate information and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
In-person risk
Meeting people and participating in activities carries real-world risk. Review the Safety Centre, use public places where appropriate, keep control of your transport and money, tell someone you trust, and leave or contact emergency services if you feel unsafe. In India, the national emergency number is 112.
Content and licence
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Campfyre a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service, subject to your settings and applicable law. You must have the right to post everything you upload.
Prohibited conduct
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, impersonate, scam, spam, dox, exploit or endanger anyone; facilitate illegal activity; evade blocks or enforcement; interfere with the service; or post content prohibited by our Community Guidelines. Sexual exploitation of children and child sexual abuse material are strictly prohibited.
Moderation and enforcement
We may restrict visibility, remove content, limit features, preserve relevant evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance or enforcement. Decisions may be appealed through support where an appeal is available.
Availability and changes
The service may change, fail, pause or end. We do not promise that every feature, plan or shared link remains available. Material term changes will be presented with an updated effective date and notice where required.
Disclaimers and liability
Campfyre is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any final limitation-of-liability, indemnity, governing-law, jurisdiction or dispute clause requires India-qualified counsel and confirmed operator details before publication.
